Are you a worrywart? Is your mind always full of what-ifs? (What if I'm not good enough? What i I can't do it? What if something goes wrong? What if someone criticzes me? What if I fail?) Often the things we worry about never even happen.  And when they do, they're nat as bad as we feared they would be.
